Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot machinery, perform routine preventative maintenance, and be adept at reading and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, schematics, instructions, and operation manuals. You will be responsible for maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery, as well as cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed. This role involves operating a variety of hand and power tools and requires an understanding of how to use testing equipment, such as a multimeter. Responsibilities Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventative maintenance. Read, interpret, and follow diagrams, blueprints, schematics, instructions, and operation manuals. Maintain a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery. Clean, repair, and install equipment and parts as needed. Operate a variety of hand and power tools. Use testing equipment, such as a multimeter, effectively. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, maintenance repair, and preventive maintenance. Experience with hydraulics, mechanical, and industrial maintenance. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, pneumatics, and motors. Skill in PLC troubleshooting and electrical maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to push or pull up to 80 lbs. CIT, INT, or EAT certification is recommended. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Business System (or equivalent). Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for extended periods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to act competently in emergencies. Prior experience in diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and directions. Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC). Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75275.00 - $77355.00/yr.
