Senior Construction Project Manager The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible to provide senior-level leadership to each project team and ensure accomplishment of overall project objectives. Responsibilities include establishing profitability goals and strategies, managing owner contracts, maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients, participating in marketing efforts, overseeing setup and administration of business plans, preparing monthly status reports, ensuring regular progress meetings, assisting with pre-qualification process for bidders, overseeing change management process, overseeing projects through to project close out, assisting with development and review of cost estimates, developing industry relationships, and overseeing the work of assistant project managers. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred, 7-10 years of extensive project management experience in large, complex facility construction, advanced knowledge of principles and practices of budgeting, accounting and procurement, proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software, valid driver's license, and participation in marketing efforts and group sales planning strategies for development of new business. Physical demands and working environment include working mainly in an indoor and outdoor setting with exposure to all types of weather and temperature conditions, sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting, ability to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation, and normal visual and audio range with or without correction.
