Office Assistant Administrative Assistant This role will be entering data online, reviewing customer's accounts, sending statements, posting payments, answering phones, scheduling jobs, organizing emails and general office duties. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
