Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sign projects while working closely with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire project lifecycle Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and work schedules. Coordinate with internal teams (design, fabrication, and installation) to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track. Oversee permitting, approvals, and compliance with local signage regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges proactively. Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2+ years in project management, preferably in signage, construction, or a related industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required). Technical Skills: Familiarity with signage materials, manufacturing processes, and permitting is a plus. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Software Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (such as Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project) is a plus.
