Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Active CPA license preferred 6 to 10 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management Prior experience in a controller or supervisory accounting role Knowledge of construction accounting, including job costing and work in progress reporting Strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance standards Experience collaborating with executive leadership and external financial partners Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting staff Third Generation Electric, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
