With multiple established clinics across Oregon, we are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about preventative care, longevity, and helping patients truly thrive. Malpractice coverage included. The Practice Model You ll provide direct patient care through in-office visits and telehealth, with occasional same-day appointments. Visits are thorough and relationship-driven. Expect to: Perform comprehensive assessments Order and interpret labs and imaging Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Create personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle modification, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions Educate patients on prevention and sustainable health strategies You ll collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, behavioral health providers, and a well-integrated clinical team. Documentation is completed in NextGen, and quality initiatives are part of the culture.
