Our client, a privately held, growing company near Middle River, MD is seeking a Manager of Financial Operations to lead cash operations, AR, AP, and process optimization across the business. The company is over $300 million in annual revenue and this Manager of Financial Operations role is a high‑visibility leadership role managing a team of 8 with strong cross‑functional exposure. If you’re a hands‑on finance leader who thrives in building efficient processes, mentoring teams, and partnering with operations, this is an excellent next step! Offering: HYBRID work environment: flexible, but at least 2-3 days onsite/in office Base salary: $110,000-$130,000 + 10% bonus potential Health/dental/vision insurance with multiple plans to chose from 401k+4% match(eligible immediately and vested immediately) Generous PTO Paid holidays and floating holidays High visibility and potential for career growth into senior leadership or move around in the company!
