Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 600 provider multispecialty group seeking a board certified/board eligible Geriatrician to join a very unique multidisciplinary team-based clinic. This team supports our Memory Center and Geriatrics Consult Clinic and is comprised of Geriatricians, Neurologists, Geriatric Psychiatrist, Advance Practice Practitioners, Social Workers, Pharmacists, and a Chaplain.
