Medication Access Coordinator

Training will be onsite at the ISC in Menomonee Falls for the first few months and then hybrid with periodic onsite responsibilities at ThedaCare specialty clinics in Neenah. Job Summary: This role will coordinate and oversee medication access workflows across North Region ThedaCare specialty clinics and support the day-to-day operations of the Medication Access team. Key Roles and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Coordinate prior authorization and financial assistance workflows for North Region ThedaCare specialty clinics Serve as an escalation point for complex medication access issues Support and guide Medication Access Specialists in daily work Partner with pharmacists, clinic leadership, and providers to ensure timely access to therapy Assist with workflow development, standardization, and performance improvement initiatives You Will Be A Great Fit For This Role If: You have strong experience in medication access or specialty pharmacy workflows You enjoy leading and coordinating work across teams You are highly organized with strong follow-up skills You are motivated to improve processes and patient access to care
