Practice Highlights: 100% outpatient family medicine Full-time schedule with flexible hours (no inpatient or hospital call) Supportive, multi-disciplinary team including NPs, PAs, and specialists Multilingual staff and patient population Modern, fully equipped facility with EMR system Excellent referral network and administrative support Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics Perform routine physicals, preventive care, and chronic disease management Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Educate patients on lifestyle changes, treatment options, and preventive health Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Qualifications: MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active New York medical license (or eligibility) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
