Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Nashville, TN (Fully Onsite) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Compensation: $50,000 annually We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's finance team in Nashville, TN. This fully onsite, contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to support high-volume AR operations and play a key role in ensuring accurate cash flow and financial integrity. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash posting, collections, and reconciliation. Handle high-volume B2B collections with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies. Collaborate closely with internal departments to streamline payment processes. Support financial reporting and month-end close activities. Required Qualifications Minimum 23 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role. Strong understanding of AR principles, processes, and common systems. Experience with high-volume B2B collections preferred. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite). Prior exposure to contract-to-hire or staffing-centric environments.
