We are currently looking to add an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to our production team! Below is more regarding job specifics. As a Maintenance Mechanic you will work under the supervision of our Maintenance Manager in the activities related to the repair and maintenance of all machinery and mechanical equipment, all Enterprise Precast Concrete buildings. Job Duties: Assist Maintenance Mechanics with troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment, including mixers, batch plants, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and motors. Perform basic mechanical tasks such as tightening bolts, changing filters, lubricating equipment, and replacing worn parts. Support scheduled preventative maintenance activities and document work performed. Help maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and shop organization. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other plant equipment as trained. Assist with building maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs. Clean work areas, remove debris, and help ensure the maintenance shop and plant remain safe and organized.
