About the role: The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, and individuals in this role ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associatesseekto understand and surface client's business priorities, breakdown challenges, andidentifythe most effective ways to support the client in making the right decisions for their business. Theyare responsible forarticulating Gartner value to prospective clients, onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement of products. New Client Engagement(NCE), a part of our Client Success Organization,isafast-paced, dynamic business unit focused on providing the highest level of service to prospects and clients.NCE is made up of two functions:ClientOnboarding andInsights Platform Walkthroughfor prospects. TheClientOnboardingrole focuses on providing acustomizedexperience for new and upgraded clients. The Insights Platform Walkthrough teamprovidespre-sale demonstrations ofGartner resources, including our gartner.com platform,toprospects asa partof the sales process. The NCE team utilizes Gartner assets, coupledwith ourgartner.complatform, to provide a valuable client experience that starts with a prospectdemonstrationby an NCE Insights Platform Walkthrough specialist, moves to an extensiveclientonboarding experience by an NCEClientOnboarding Specialist and transitions seamlessly to a service delivery associate for ongoing support. You'llapply strategic thinking and relationship building to help executives solve theirmost pressing business challenges. You will understand their critical initiatives,alignGartner research andexpertise, and help contribute to Gartner's growth. What you will do: Collaborate withourSalesteamson how to effectivelydemonstrateGartner productsand resourcesto prospects orclients to increaselikelihoodof engaging andpurchasinga license.Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients. Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailoredGartnerresources to drive impact. Facilitateprospect and/orclientcallstounderstand client priorities and challenges and articulate thevalue of Gartner's renowned products and services.Understand and communicateGartner services and capabilities toprospectiveclients anddemonstratevalue to decision makers. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
