Accounting Clerk We're looking for an Accounting Clerk with manufacturing experience to support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes, spotting exceptions, and being the go-to resource for AR/AP questions. What You'll Do Handle daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities Run weekly aging reports and identify items outside normal payment terms Escalate items when additional review or approval is needed Identify payments and prepare check runs for review Assist with mailing checks, including stuffing envelopes and stamping Maintain accurate, organized accounting records What We're Looking For Manufacturing accounting experience (required) Experience working with both AR and AP Knowledge of Excel Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and communicating with internal teams Must be able to work onsite from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm daily (mon-fri) Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.50 per hour Search managed by: Kelly Martin Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
