Cycle Counter 2nd Shift Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter 2nd Shift at 7800 Trade Center Avenue in El Paso, TX. The hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. The rate for this position is $17.68 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market and business considerations. What You'll Do: Assist in the development and maintenance of the cycle count program. Conduct cycle counts per ABC classification and frequency parameters in the ERP system. Monitor and maintain the accuracy of all inventory bin locations, vendor-managed inventory, and transit material. Generate, maintain, and monitor reports to communicate inventory accuracy. Work with team members to streamline processes. Perform root cause analysis on errors. Manage & update standard operating procedures for the inventory management system. Lead yearly physical inventory process and develop standard work instructions. Train new employees on yearly physical inventory processes Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment. Minimum of 1 year of previous experience with Microsoft (primarily Excel). Previous inventory experience. Preferred Qualifications: Forklift certified or willing to be certified 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment 2+ years of previous experience with ERP/MRP Software SAP System Knowledge Skills: Position Criteria: Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format in English. Forklift certified Individual accountability Works well with a team Excellent attention to detail Strong Organizational skills Ability to stand on feet continuously during working shifts.
