West Palm Beach, FL hospital is currently seeking clinicians who are pediatric fellowship trained or pediatric capable and comfortable with neonates to join our anesthesia care team. This medical center is a level I trauma center and level III NICU, has a pediatric ICU, and a 24 hour children's hospital. $125K sign on bonus. Highly competitive compensation structure. 8 weeks of PTO with 1 additional week after 2 years of tenure. On-call duties involve backup pager coverage from home (7p-7a) and participation in the rotation of Saturday/Sunday, 7a-7p day shifts, post-call day off, on-call shifts are evenly rotated among 7 physicians. Half of the surgical volume at the facility is pediatrics including neonates. Cases also include general, ortho, OB, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology and plastics Paid professional liability insurance (including tail). Relocation assistance.
