Responsibilities: Assists Manager in evaluation, staffing and discipline of team members. Coordinates activity and workflow of the respiratory care team. Performs routine and complex prescribed respiratory care procedures to meet cardiopulmonary needs of the patient. Schedules and assigns daily workload to staff team members. Serves as a professional resource person to toher members of the respiratory care staff and others requested.
