Key Responsibilities: Financial Foundations: Assist with bank reconciliations and process vital journal entries. Closing Mastery: Support the high-stakes month-end and year-end closing periods. Insightful Reporting: Compile statistical and financial reports that drive business decisions. Full-Cycle Support: Manage bookkeeping tasks across cash receipts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. What You Bring: Experience: At least 6 months of recent experience in general accounting or office support. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with accounting software and a strong attention to detail. Opportunity 2: Accounts Payable Specialist (2+ Years Experience) Own the Full Cycle of Financial Integrity Are you an AP expert who thrives on precision and vendor diplomacy? We are looking for an experienced specialist who wants to grow within a company that prioritizes its people. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle AP Mastery: Process vendor invoices with 100% accuracy, ensuring proper line-item classifications and authorizations. Capital Execution: Generate checks and prepare Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) to keep operations running smoothly. Strategic Oversight: Monitor AP aging reports and proactively resolve overdue invoices with department managers and vendors. Check Runs & Reconciliations: Perform regular check runs and reconcile all processed payments to the general ledger. What You Bring: Experience: 2+ years of recent, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a major plus.
