Job Description The Production support technician Job description: (Equipment Prep, Vessel Prep, Serial Assembly, Blending, Filling, Capping)Good math skills, attention to detail, good communication, legible handwriting, must be willing to work ANY shift and weekends.Review and Revise SOP's Aide operators in troubleshooting techniques Perform general equipment setups for production equipment preparation Perform maintenance/troubleshooting and cleaning of equipment and facilities Complete Supervisor/Management directed projects and special assignments as required Schedule equipment for preventative maintenance and calibrations Conduct cGMP and Safety classroom training for coworkers Maintain Logbooks Perform safety audits and conduct Job Safety assessments Strong communication skills- written and verbal are an absolutely necessary Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally Must be able to reach above shoulder level, bend/stoop, push/pull and handle /grip frequently Must be willing to work outside of normal scheduled hours as necessary including opportunities for overtime Must be able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment Disciplined and detail oriented Commitment to documentation and strict adherence to written procedures and cGMP policies Maintain positive leadership skills consistent with company values Proficient computer knowledge including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Email Job Scope
