Salary: Base wage starts at $23.00 to $26.00 Hours: Wissota currently operates under three different shifts; however, this position is for the 1st Shift. Hours may be 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm. (A couple events during the year will require early start times as early as 5am or leaving as late as 5pm) Benefits include but are not limited to: Health, Dental, Vision and much more 401(k) Retirement Plan with 3% match Vacation and personal time 2 Weeks' Vacation in first year 24 hours personal time at 6 months Profit Sharing Program Attendance Award - 2 days off paid Job Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Entry Accounts Receivable Collection Daily Sales - Balancing Hourly Vacation Shop Calendar Prepare and track Advanced Billings Payroll Complete Journal Entries Health Insurance compliance Other HR duties Miscellaneous Administration tasks Help with all employee activities Assist Plant Accountant with Month End Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned. Job Requirements: Associate Degree in Accounting or 5 years of accounting Experience. Proficient with ProfitKey software, within 1 month. Proficient in Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, & Word). Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Strong Organization skills. Works well in a team or self-directed atmosphere. Consistently reliable attendance. Highly Preferred: Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi-task. Improvement mindset. Problem solving/critical thinking abilities.
