System Integration Specialist Contingent Pipeline Opportunity We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts. Location: Doral, FL Responsibilities: Integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management platforms to enable seamless workflows Develop and maintain API-based solutions for system interoperability Implement secure authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML Automate data synchronization between platforms to improve efficiency Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot system issues Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement new integration solutions Support configuration and maintenance of ITSM tools and related platforms Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices in integrations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field OR five (5) years of equivalent experience in system integration Experience integrating ITSM platforms such as JIRA and GitLab Hands-on experience developing API integrations Knowledge of enterprise authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML Strong scripting and automation skills Experience troubleshooting and optimizing system integrations Desired Skills and Experience: Experience supporting federal or regulated environments Experience with identity federation and single sign-on solutions Experience integrating additional enterprise tools or platforms Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and DevOps workflows Certifications: Required: None Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Clearance Requirement: Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
