Lead Structural Concrete Superintendent Our client is a Memphis-based general contractor known for its expertise in large structural concrete packages, complex commercial builds, and industrial facilities. Job Description Lead all structural concrete field operations, including foundations, elevated decks, slabs, retaining walls, and other heavy structural components. Manage and mentor concrete crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to maintain schedule alignment and resolve field issues proactively. Oversee concrete sequencing, layout, formwork, rebar placement, pour planning, and finishing activities. Conduct daily jobsite inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company and project requirements. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to verify accuracy and identify constructability challenges.
