PC Assembler/Solder

Hi- Rel Solder Hi-Rel Solder Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate must have 2-3 year's experience. Perform precision hand soldering of surface-mount and through-hole components to IPC Class 3 standards. Responsible for assembling and soldering high-reliability printed circuit boards (PCBs) and sub assemblies in accordance with industry standards such as IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610. The candidate should have working knowledge of Operating soldering equipment, microscopes, and other assembly tools. Must be able to read and interpret assembly documents and engineering drawings. Education and Required Skills - High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in PCB or electronics assembly, preferably in a Hi-Rel or relative environment. - Proficiency in soldering to IPC J-STD- A-610 Class 3 standards. - Certification in IPC J-ATD-001 and/or IPC-A-610. - Experience in working under a microscope and magnification and with fine-pitch components. - Familiarity with ESD protection procedures. - Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings. - Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. Strong computer and written skills is a PLUS, willing to train an enthusiastic applicant willing to learn a new skill.
