Multifamily Assistant Project Manager Working for a reputable general contractor based in Houston, TX with a strong pipeline of multifamily projects nationwide. Client has a diverse multi-family construction portfolio providing general contractor services throughout the Houston area. Projects include: Garden Style, Podiums, Wraps, and Senior Living. Job Description Material procurement and ordering Oversee subcontractors and full construction project on a daily basis Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other parties related to the project. Enforce a safe work environment, practices, and culture on the project. The Successful Applicant Construction experience in multi-family construction required: Hi Rise, Garden Style, Podiums, Wrap Prove consistent work history 2+ years of experience working in the construction industry Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager title Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
