Receptionist and Salon Assistant

This position will require working full weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday). This is a fully paid hourly position and you're eligible for tips and commissions. Our receptionists should have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Some of the responsibilities including but not limited to: Greet all guests and provide friendly, prompt, and exceptional service Manages the salon software, customer appointments and salon traffic flow Operate the Point-of-Sale software system Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere Sell hair care products and keep retail shelves stocked Ensure the store is clean and tidy Report to Salon Manager and/or Salon Owner Requirements: Sales experience and able to educate clients on retail products Customer service (2 years) preferred. Minimum one year experience. Must work weekends (our busiest and most fun time!). Legal to work in US
