Physician Family Medicine Provider Type: PHYSICIAN Location: Livingston, TN 38570 DESCRIPTION The Client is actively recruiting a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our established, busy practice and patient base of collaborative providers. We are a 114-bed hospital providing a continuum of care covering all aspects of healthcare, from 24-hour emergency services to rehabilitative services on both an inpatient and an outpatient basis, a Level II-A neonatal nursery, as well as a 16-bed gero-psych unit. It is those who come to us sick or injured, the friends and family who support them along the way, and our incredible staff who devote themselves fully to providing exceptional care. ABOUT THE POSITION Clinic Hours: 8am 4:30pm General Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts/week must include Mondays/Fridays (5 8's ok) Call: for your own panel; after-hours generally home health No obstetrics Average # of patients seen per day (when ramped): 24-28 Support staff: MA or LPN Practitioners: 3 physicians, 3NPs; 1 Pulmonologist Lab, X-ray, ultrasound, bone density on site Hospitalist program for inpatient QUALIFICATIONS BE/BC in Family Medicine Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of TN and DEA with full prescriptive authority NOTABLE HIGHLIGHTS The Joint Commissions Gold Seal of Approval for Sepsis Certification by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards. Chest Pain Center accreditation from the American College of Cardiology.
