Regional Operations Assistant The Regional Operations Assistant plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day property operations across an assigned portfolio. This position is ideal for a highly organized, self-sufficient professional who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. You will serve as the eyes and ears of the regional teamensuring operational standards are upheld, compliance requirements are met, and property systems are functioning smoothly. This role requires regular travel between properties within your region to oversee key operational tasks. Success in this position depends on strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently without constant oversight. Monitor for package overflow, damaged lockers, and unclaimed packages, returning items to the appropriate sender in accordance with company guidelines. Report non-functioning lockers, access concerns, or recurring delivery issues to management, and communicate patterns of excessive overflow or misuse to the regional team for follow-up and resolution. Elevate Notice Compliance: Post required property notices (e.g., pest control, late rent, inspections, water shut-offs, maintenance alerts) in accordance with timeline requirements, including 48-hour notice when applicable. Coordinate with the appropriate party on ensuring postings are visible and secure and remove them when no longer needed. Maintain photo and date documentation for compliance and partner with the Operations Team and on-site management to complete related work orders on time. Elevate Key Management and Security: Support effective key control procedures while on-site by verifying proper sign-out and sign-in processes for vendors, and keys are stored securely and clearly labeled. Update records promptly when keys are returned following move-outs, ensuring removals are completed accurately and timely to maintain unit security and record integrity. Report missing, late, or unverified keys to management immediately, and assist with organizing and reconciling key logs when discrepancies arise to uphold property security standards. Who You Are: Elevated Ownership: You are self-sufficient, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple properties with minimal supervision. You take initiative, follow through on responsibilities, and hold yourself accountable for meeting deadlines and maintaining high operational standards. Elevated Collaboration: With strong organizational and time management skills, you effectively manage recurring site visits, notice postings, Amazon Hub checks, and key audits across your region. You prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance requirements and operational responsibilities are completed accurately and on schedule. Elevated Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally with on-site teams, corporate, regional staff, and vendors. Your ability to relay issuessuch as locker concerns, notice requirements, or key discrepanciesensures timely resolution and alignment across teams. Elevated Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for detail and understand the importance of accuracy in documentation, compliance postings, and key records. Your thorough approach ensures proper photo documentation, secure postings, organized key logs, and consistent adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience in an office management role. Strong understanding of data management and analysis. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the real estate or leasing industry is preferred but not required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word and Excel. Extremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Maintain an active driver's license and have reliable transportation.
