Assembler - Manufacturing

Department: Production Reports To: Department Manager Physical Demand Level: Medium to Heavy FLSA Status (US only): Non-Exempt SUMMARY: The Assembler will primarily support operations that will include, but not limited to, fabricating, packing, repair and maintenance of component parts and products. Maintain a clean work area and follow detailed instructions to meet safety and quality requirements. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role does not have supervisory responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Read and interpret blueprints and work orders. Verify quality of parts and materials used in production. Ensures accuracy, completeness, and condition of parts. Keep a clean and well-maintained work area. Other responsibilities as assigned. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Excellent communication skills and ability to understand job instructions both verbally and written. Attention to detail. Read, write, and speak fluent English. Work well under pressure. Ability to multi-task. Ability to lift 25 lbs.
