Summary The MIL Corporation seeks a Payroll Interface Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Arlington, VA location. The Senior Interface Analyst will work in cooperation with the Global Financial Service Support (GFSS) interfaces team for the Global Financial Management System (GFMS). This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 2 days on-site (Monday and Wednesday). Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze incoming and outgoing interface files and messages, perform systems assurance and quality control on interface operations, gather and analyze statistics, and communicate results and issues to stakeholdersAnalyze file rejects and loading failures for continuous improvementPerform and support system testing, file transfers, data mining, and other methods to troubleshoot interface errorsSupport government payroll processing in financial system, including regular testing, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and budget analysisProvide customer support to government agency users with respect to interface processes Travel None Required Qualifications7 years of professional experienceExperience working with system interfaces, ideally with federal agenciesMust be customer focused and possess the ability to identify issues, analyze, and interpret data and develop solutions to user problemsMust demonstrate a strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skill set to accurately document, report, and present findingsMust demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of employeesExperience working within a dynamic team environmentMust have the ability to adjust to the fast paced and high volume of work environmentMust be flexible as work requirements shift (on-call, weekend work, and extended hours are not common but can happen) Desired QualificationsExperience with Momentum Financials or other federal financial systemExperience with federal payroll processes Education Bachelor's degree Clearance Secret Compensation The MIL Corporation values your contributions and offers a range of benefits to support your overall well-being. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
