This position combines local CDL driving responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support. Warehouse / Driver Responsibilities: - Operate company vehicles to deliver materials to customers - Load, secure, transport and unload materials in compliance with DOT and company safety standards - Assist customers with loading materials and provide professional customer service during deliveries - Support warehouse operations including receiving, stocking and organizing inventory - Prepare and stage customer orders for shipment or pickup - Assist with overall warehouse cleanliness and maintenance of property and equipment - Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment - Maintain accurate delivery documentation and ensure proper paperwork completion - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations Requirements for Warehouse / Driver: - Valid Class A or Class B CDL required; candidates with a Class B must be willing and able to obtain a Class A (company assistance provided) - Ability to pass pre-employment screening process - Forklift experience preferred - Strong attendance and dependability - Ability to work flexible hours as needed to complete deliveries and warehouse tasks - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset - Ability to lift and carry building materials regularly (50+ lbs with or without assistance) - Ability to frequently stand, bend, lift and climb in warehouse and job site environments - Ability to safely operate forklifts and commercial vehicles Benefits: - Employee-owned, progressive company - Smoke-free and drug-free workplace - Drivers are home daily - no night or weekend hours - Paid vacation and sick leave - Paid holidays (including your birthday off) - 401(k) retirement plan - Health insurance - Strong commitment to workplace safety
