Job Description

We are seeking a professional and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and will work closely with the Director of Sales, including providing light sales support. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries Manage email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook Provide administrative support to office staff and the Director of Sales Assist with light sales-related tasks as needed Maintain a professional office environment Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Qualifications : 6months –3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
