Join a physician-led, patient-centered primary care group. 4 or 4.5-day workweek. Outpatient-only setting. Team-based care model including care coordinators, behavioral health, and pharmacy support. Value-based care structure focused on quality outcomes. Opportunity to perform in-office procedures if desired: Skin procedures, Joint injections., IUD placement. and Maternity care.
