Loader Operator - Greenhill Concrete Greenhill Concrete has proudly served the Tulsa Metropolitan Area for nearly 15 years by producing quality concrete and providing premium customer service on residential jobs, federally-funded highways, and everything in between. The role is responsible for the operation of a loader which is used in the daily operations at the assigned concrete plant. The incumbent will need to operate in a safe and efficient manner following all personal protective equipment (PPE) and process requirements. This role is classified as safety sensitive. Activities/tasks/scope include keeping the work area clean, orderly and safe, operation of loader, performing minor maintenance and adjustments on equipment, understanding the use of equipment in various jobs such as trenching, excavating, loading, leveling, rough grading and finishing, and may be required to perform other concrete plant duties as needed. Individual contributor competencies include work standards, continuous improvement, initiating action, adaptability, contributing to team success, managing work (time management), and communication. Education/experience required includes a high school or degree or GED, must be at least 18 years old, and 2-3 years of experience of heavy equipment operation in heavy highway or farm experience preferred. Certification/other skills and abilities include mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, mathematics, operation monitoring, operation and control, monitoring, coordination, critical thinking. Physical demands include keyboarding/typing, ability to read effectively from a computer screen and/or a paper copy, ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ability to effectively verbally communicate, ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk and lift heavy objects (50 lbs.), and work is performed in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to outdoor elements.
