Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Stockbridge, GA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,894 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care / Overflow IMCU – Georgia Start Date: March 23, 2026 Location: Stockbridge, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend; 1:5-6 patient ratio; floating within facility as needed Highlights: Progressive care unit with 32-bed capacity serving adults to geriatric patients Overflow IMCU environment managing cardiac arrhythmias, CHF, post-cardiac cath, renal, pulmonary, and surgical patients Epic EMR (preferred), Pyxis medication management, and comprehensive interdisciplinary support Travel assignment with maximum 7 days RTO; locals accepted at same rate Comprehensive orientation with 36 hours of paid training Dynamic case mix including DKA management, TR bands, cardioversion, and arrhythmia management Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact State RN license (must be in hand at time of submission) Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Minimum 1 year of progressive care or medical-surgical nursing experience Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted Demonstrated experience managing and titrating cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Nitroglycerin, diuretics (Bumex, Lasix), anticoagulants (Aggrastat, Argatroban, Heparin), and insulin drips Proficiency with telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, pre/post cardiac cath care, central line management, blood product administration, and heparin protocols Experience with BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, feeding tubes, IV starts and management, ports, and phlebotomy Two supervisory references from manager level or above required Full compliance documentation required by the Tuesday prior to start date Why It's a Great Opportunity: This progressive care position offers experienced travel nurses the chance to work in a well-supported, fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population and comprehensive interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more.
