Responsibilities: Assist the government to draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, NMCARS, and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements. Coordinate industry days. Develop requirements documents, to include market research reports, work statements, contract data requirements lists (CDRL), contract line item numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, acquisition plans, source selection plans, justifications & approvals, and determinations & findings for activities approval by the government. Provide administrative source selection support. Administer contracts, to include preparation of procurement requests, modification requests, technical direction letters/technical instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures and deliverables. CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $170K - $190K. Qualifications: Master's degree. Ten (10) or more years of professional contract management support experience. DoD contract management experience working with FAR/DFARS/NMCARS contracts management for Navy or DOD programs and major acquisition program contracts. Possess top secret/SCI clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment. Desired: Three (3) years of direct support to a Navy organization performing systems acquisition ACAT I or II experience.
