Licensing Analyst We are seeking a dedicated Licensing Analyst to ensure our business operations comply with all licensing regulations. This role involves researching licensing regulations, communicating with vendors to maintain current licenses, and tracking licensing statuses to facilitate uninterrupted business activities. Responsibilities: Research and due diligence of all license and permits Applying for all applicable licenses and permits Communicating with outside entities/jurisdictions (state, county and city) regarding license and permits Managing and maintaining documentation and coordinate activities related to a wide variety of regulatory agencies Maintaining project plans for new integration projects both before and after the transaction Maintaining Smartsheet and OneNote project page Following-up on all license and permit submittals, ensuring the process is complete and hard copy has been received Supporting Integration, Facilities, Construction, and sign vendors with any new projects' regulatory compliance request Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office suite is essential. Experience in Smartsheets 1-3+ years in Licensing Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Experience in licensing and invoice analysis. Strong project management skills. Work Environment: This is a fully on-site position, 4 days/week. Fridays are off. Join a team-oriented work environment that values guiding principles and culture. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
