Join Our Caring Community As a Receptionist you will ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. You will report to the Clinic Manager/Center Administrator and be a part of the front desk team. As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries Greet patients, verify demographics, and prepare them for exams Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries Process patient payments and handle billing-related tasks Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting Certification in medical reception, medical administration, or a related field Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems Familiarity with HIPAA regulations protocols This is a patient-facing role and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We require TB screening upon hire. Other Qualifications: Value-based care model experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) Bilingual in English and Spanish Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
