Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate Join the team at J.W. Jung Seed Company, an industry leader in mail-order and retail gardening. With six garden centers across Wisconsin, Jung Seed Company ships thousands of quality seeds, plants, and gardening accessories to all 50 states. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate to support our shipping department and help us continue to deliver the excellence our customers expect. What You'll Do: Efficiently, pick, package, and prepare orders for shipment according to established guidelines Assist with shipping and receiving process Accurately check, log, and store incoming and outgoing items Replenish order picking areas as needed Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to promote efficiency and workplace safety What We're Looking For: Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or order picking is preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy Good communication skills Ability to effectively collaborate with team members Physical ability to lift items 5-25 pounds occasionally throughout the shift If you're ready to dig into a new opportunity and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!
