Job Description

Default Management Foreclosure Associate The Default Management Foreclosure Associate will be assigned a list of loans to review and ensure the account is eligible for foreclosure. They will perform review to initiate foreclosure referrals on defaulted mortgages, gather required documents, prepare referral packages and send them to the attorney. They will assist in multiple projects throughout foreclosure including distressed properties, charge offs, non-monetary breached loans and quality control. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Typically two to four years of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience: Good understanding of the business and broad office skills Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data Proficient PC skills in word processing, spread sheets and graphics Effective verbal, grammatical and written communication skills Location Expectations: This role is expected to be onsite three (three) days a week at our Tamarack Rd, KY office.
