As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production and supply chain operations for printed circuit board assemblies and box build assemblies. You will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, coordinating production schedules, and communicating cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and production flow. Your proactive approach and strategic thinking will help optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and foster strong supplier relationships, directly contributing to the company's operational success. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or related field Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel (advanced skills preferred), and Teams Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a high level of organization Hands-on with supply chain processes such as MRP systems, kanbans, JIT, and planning tools Familiarity with ISO policies and procedures is a plus Nice to Have Skills: Experience with supplier negotiations, contracts, and audits Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies Coursework or experience in MRP systems, kanbans, JIT, or related supply chain processes Exposure to work in ISO-compliant environments Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant field Previous experience in manufacturing or a supply chain environment Experience working directly with production, engineering, shipping, and finance teams Other Requirements: Willingness to occasionally travel to customer locations and participate in customer visits Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to resolve issues and improve processes
