Talent Acquisition Coordinator We are seeking a highly accurate administrative professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role is vital to our operations and requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The position involves high-volume candidate interview scheduling, calendar management, and preparation of documentation and databases to support candidate scheduling and new hire onboarding. Responsibilities: Support a high volume of moderately complex interviews, including audio, virtual, and onsite formats. Coordinate and schedule interviews, interfacing with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Arrange travel for interview candidates. Process and verify candidate and employee expense reimbursement reports for travel expenses. Partner with Human Resources to process new hire onboarding requests. Send out various candidate and hiring manager correspondences, including interview confirmations, evaluations, applications, and onboarding materials. Maintain and update confidential and sensitive records and files, primarily in recruiting systems. Participate or lead ongoing process improvement initiatives and projects. Utilize MS Office Suite and other applications, including BrassRing and SAP. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Essential Skills: High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of progressive experience in human resources administration or a related field. Customer-focused with a general understanding of human resource policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Ability to establish priorities and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees, management, and applicants. Ability to accurately document and maintain records, with familiarity in office software. Capability to work independently and in a team environment, with flexibility to work extended hours as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as BrassRing Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
