Job Description The Senior Estimating Manager/Director - Restaurant Interiors - MD will: Oversee all aspects of estimating, from conceptual budgets to hard bids Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 estimators at varying levels Review bid documents, approve subcontractors, and oversee RFIs Prepare and submit complete bid packages for projects ranging from $1M-$5M Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, design teams, and construction managers Provide constructability reviews and recommendations throughout preconstruction Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets across the lifecycle Ensure accuracy in scopes of work and cost quantification per division MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
