Business Administrator We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our small but growing team. In this role, you will be the "glue" that keeps our daily operations running smoothly. You will handle everything from scheduling and email management to basic bookkeeping and project coordination. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to dive into new tasks as they arise. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements for the leadership team. Communication: Monitor the general inbox, draft professional correspondence, and serve as a point of contact for clients or vendors. Operational Support: Maintain and update internal databases, filing systems, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Notion). Financial Admin: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and following up on late payments. Document Management: Format reports, create slide decks, and ensure all company documentation is organized and up to date. Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline our current workflows to help the team work more efficiently. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role (ideally within a small business or startup). Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Office 365. Experience with QuickBooks, Slack, or Canva is a plus. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solving: A "figure-it-out" attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-Oriented: A high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
