International Payroll Manager The role owner will manage international payroll including monthly payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting. A bachelors degree is required; preferably with an emphasis in accounting. Candidate should possess at minimum eight years of payroll experience including experience with Workday time / absence systems with strong technical skills. Key Accountabilities: Manage payroll input to third party provider according to deadlines Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements Manage day-to-day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary Ensure adherence to payroll regulations Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration Education/Qualifications/Specialist Training: Bachelors degree / emphasis in accounting Journal creation and account reconciliation Corporate finance experience Payroll processing managing inputs thru output review and approval Payroll Benefit knowledge Accuracy and attention to detail / prioritization / multitasking Communication skills Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $141,300. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
