Position Summary To perform this job successfully, the selected candidate must be able to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Support ongoing Continuous Improvement Project(s) Support maintenance leader in developing and refining machine details for entry into new software system Assist Continuous Improvement leader establishing new standards in ERP System Candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and take direction well. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Working with CI Leader to collect, analyze, and refine historic labor hours by operation to establish new standards and enter new standards into company ERP system. Working with the maintenance leader, to compile and enter Chromalloy equipment details into the Fiix software system. Education and/or Experience: Must be pursuing a degree in organizational leadership, development, Business administration, Lean manufacturing or industrial engineering. Must be in Junior or Senior year of your degree. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma yellow, green, black is a plus
