HR Generalist Our client is scaling fast and hiring their first dedicated HR Generalist to build structure, streamline operations, and support a growing team. If you're a scrappy, detail-driven HR pro who thrives in a small, high-energy environment, this role is calling. The Opportunity You'll run point on the full employee lifecycle onboarding, benefits, HR systems, compliance, and day-to-day support. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) partners directly with senior leadership and has real ownership from day one.
