HR Systems Administrator The HR Systems Administrator owns and optimizes Wayspring's HR technology platforms. This role ensures accurate employee data, secure system access, compliant workflows, and reliable integrations across multiple HR functions including, but not limited to: HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Learning systems. As the HR Systems Administrator, you'll serve as the internal systems expert configuring workflows, auditing data, troubleshooting issues, supporting payroll and benefits processing, and continuously improving how our HR technology operates. This is a hands-on, tech-forward role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building smarter processes, and improving system performance. Why Wayspring? What You'll Do: Administer and configure UKG (or similar system), including roles, workflows, forms, and security Serve as a technical specialist for UKG, Wayspring's HRIS system Maintain data integrity through recurring audits and proactive issue resolution Partner with Payroll and Benefits to validate job changes, compensation updates, time/attendance rules, and EDI files Manage onboarding system workflows, compliance tracking, and required documentation Administer compliance and access audits Partner with IT on SSO provisioning and least-privilege access controls Support ACA vendor data requests and employee 1095-C inquiries Identify automation opportunities and continuously improve system workflows What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, HRIS management, or a systems-focused operational role Experience supporting technical business systems (HRIS, payroll, LMS, or similar platforms) Strong reporting and data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets and system reporting tools) Ability to troubleshoot system issues and clearly explain workflows Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-improvement driven Healthcare or multi-state workforce experience preferred Our goal is to foster a workplace where everyone feels a true sense of belonging, is supported, and empowered to thrive.
