Data Driven Auditor Mission, Business and Compliance (MB&C) seeks a data driven Auditor to execute the MB&C strategic plan by integrating ground operations procedures, Quality Management System requirements, and ESH principles into a proactive, risk informed compliance culture. The role leads integrated audits, surveillance, and conformance activities for AS 9100, ISO 45001, DCMAI 8210, and ISO 14001 across the entire value stream, performing in depth data analysis and research to verify that processes meet contractual, regulatory, and customer mandates. As an independent assessor, you will deliver executive level reporting that clearly identifies gaps and non conformances, authorize corrective and preventive actions, and communicate findings to all organizational levels. Partnering with Operations, Quality, Environmental, Safety, & Health, and Government stakeholders, you will champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring robust, fact based compliance while driving measurable performance enhancements for LM Aero's mission critical programs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university with a degree relevant to the job description 5+ years of experience in aerospace industry with working knowledge of quality management system (AS9100, AS9110) requirements Strong communicator with the ability to foster trusted relationships across internal functional organizations and customers Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Operational knowledge of manufacturing disciplines such as: Supply Chain, Quality, Support Equipment, Tool Crib, HazMat, Aerospace Ground Equipment, and Back Shops (Fabrication, Egress, Engine, NDI, Battery, Life Support, Tire & Wheel, Fuel, Laboratories) Desired Skills Working knowledge of Ground Operations Procedures (DCMAI 8210.1) requirements Working knowledge of ESH (ISO45001, ISO14001) requirements Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft manufacturing/assembly (heavy lifter / fighter) and Mate through Delivery process experience Demonstrated expertise in implementing Quality Management System (AS9100) compliance requirements across all relevant processes Proven track record of executing a FOD Prevention Strategy Strong communication skills; proven experience interfacing directly with Government customers and 3rd party agencies (DCMA, GFR, GGR, DCAM, QMS Certification Boards, ESH Auditors) Ability to work collaboratively in groups to develop final solutions/corrective actions Green Belt or Black Belt certification; experience with SIA/Kazan events and development of process compliance performance metrics Experience leading Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action activities; problem solving expertise. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
