Job Description

Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials, equipment, and services in coordination with Engineering, Project Management, and Site Teams. Review material requisitions and verify technical specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines. Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project and company standards. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining quality and schedule requirements. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), ensuring proper documentation and adherence to approval workflows. Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department to track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any delays or discrepancies. Collaborate with Material Control and Warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and material movement between headquarters and job sites. Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and communication logs for project traceability. Support budget control, cost analysis, and reporting for project procurement activities. Promote process compliance and continuous improvement in line with company procurement and quality procedures. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
