Local-Licensed Nursing Assistant | Contract Role Location: Franklin, NH, 03235 Duration: 6 weeks Contract Weekly Pay Rate: $518 - $629 Shift: 3:00 PM End: 11:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 37 per week Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Take and record vital signs, weights, and other patient data Support mobility needs - repositioning, transferring, and ambulating patients Answer call lights and respond promptly to patient needs Maintain a clean and safe environment (change bed linens, sanitize equipment, etc.) Provide emotional support to patients and families Document care provided in medical records or electronic charting systems Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams for quality patient care Follow infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (required) Valid LNA License (required) BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required) 6 months to 1 year of LNA experience Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills Ready to take the next step?
